UNICEPTA Medienanalyse boosts its circle of partners
Hartmut Ostrowski and publisher Dirk Ippen acquire a share. New partner structure gives the successful Colognebased information and research company an excellent basis for further growth.
UNICEPTA Medienanalyse GmbH, a leading international service provider for media monitoring, media analysis, social media monitoring and strategic communication consulting, has boosted its circle of partners. Hartmut Ostrowski, former CEO and supervisory board member at Bertelsmann AG, and the Munich-based publisher Dr. Dirk Ippen (Münchner Merkur, HNA, tz and others) have acquired a share in the Cologne-based business information services provider. In addition, Ostrowski will become the chairman of a newly founded advisory committee comprised of experienced media professionals which is to give the company important expert and strategic input.
The shares acquired by Ostrowski and Ippen are chiefly those of former UNICEPTA partner Joachim Fuß. The two managing directors Georg Stahl and Oliver Minasso will continue to head UNICEPTA and will remain the key partners at the company.
