UNICEPTA expands consulting services

  • Martin Schulze joins UNICEPTA's global account management team
  • Transaction of Ubermetrics closed as of April 1, 2021. Arne Klöckner joins Ubermetrics founder Patrick Bunk as new member of the management board

Martin Schulze (34) joins UNICEPTA's global account management team from April 2021. As Managing Director, he is responsible for strategic consulting for large national and international companies, especially in the financial industry.

Martin Schulze joins UNICEPTA from Cision, where he held various positions since 2013. Most recently, he was Vice President of the Cision Insights division in Germany and Switzerland. Prior to that, he was responsible for insurance and banking at Cision Insights as Director and Sector Lead in Europe.

Ubermetrics: transaction successfully closed

At the beginning of the year, UNICEPTA had acquired the social intelligence company Ubermetrics. The transaction was closed on April 1, 2021. This is accompanied by the expansion of Ubermetrics' management board. In addition to Patrick Bunk, who founded the company in 2011 as a spin-off from Humboldt University in Berlin, Arne Klöckner, previously Head of Innovation Lab at UNICEPTA, joins the management board. As Managing Director at UNICEPTA, Klöckner will be responsible for product innovation and digitization initiatives.

Both companies combine their AI-based intelligence platforms for communication and marketing and further expand their capabilities to automate the analysis of data from social media. In doing so, they have a vast data pool of over 460 million sources.
