A company is only as good as its employees. Continuous training geared toward workers’ needs not only boosts job satisfaction, but company success as well. Our human resources team has set up the UNICEPTA Academy, a program that supports all employees in their careers.
Tailored to employees’ individual profiles, the UNICEPTA Academy offers a range of training schemes for every step of the career ladder:
Trainee Program: this includes basic training on research techniques, database management, industry specifics, and communication with customers. Our aim is for trainees to become project managers after successfully completing this program.
Continuing professional development program: this encompasses training on presentation techniques, quotes for customers, and customer relations. Our goal is for employees who successfully complete this program to become senior project managers.
Management program: this program develops employees’ expertise in personnel management, customer acquisition, and strategic corporate development.
In addition to these programs, which are geared towards individual organizational levels, UNICEPTA also offers a range of other types of training to all employees, such as language courses and MS Office training.
